Teamfluencer Platform Influencer Terms of Use

This English version is provided for clarity for international users. Where Turkish mandatory law applies, the Turkish original and applicable legislation prevail.

Rights and Obligations

By accessing and using the platform, the user confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms of Use and future amendments without reservation. If the user does not accept the terms, the user must stop using the platform.

The platform must be used lawfully and ethically. The user is solely responsible for unlawful content, comments, transactions, attacks, copying, data theft, fake engagement, infringement of intellectual property rights or other misuse.

All platform content, software, designs, visuals, logos and interfaces belong to or are licensed to Teamfluencer and may not be used without written permission.

Teamfluencer may update platform content, software, services, policies and records, suspend or terminate services, and delete user information where legally permitted.

Teamfluencer may send service notifications by email, SMS or push notification where the user has provided contact information. The user may opt out by contacting ilgim@teamfluencer.co.

User information may be processed and transferred under personal data protection and other applicable laws.

Service Terms

To become a member, the user must generally be at least 18 years old, be a Turkish citizen or legally residing real person in Turkey, and have an active account on at least one social media platform such as Instagram, TikTok or YouTube. Users under 18 may join with written parental consent.

The user must provide accurate and current identity, contact, social media profile, demographic and payment information. Teamfluencer may suspend or terminate membership if information is inaccurate or incomplete.

The user represents that connected social media accounts belong to them, that they have authority over those accounts, and that followers and engagement are genuine. Bot followers, fake engagement or purchased followers are material breaches.

• Apply to campaigns and receive brand invitations.
• Access brand briefs and campaign conditions.
• Produce and upload campaign content.
• Communicate with brands through Teamfluencer.
• View content performance and statistics.
• Track campaign earnings in Teamfluencer Balance and request withdrawal to a bank account.
• Access the Clique community, educational content and additional campaigns.

Content, Advertising and Exclusivity

For accepted campaigns, the user must create original, lawful content that complies with the brand brief. Once approved by Teamfluencer and the brand, the user must publish the content on the agreed social media channels, for the agreed duration and format.

The user must comply with consumer protection, advertising and social media influencer disclosure rules. Advertising nature must be clearly disclosed through labels such as #ad, #sponsored or local equivalents. Administrative fines and legal liability arising from breach are the user's responsibility.

The user accepts that economic rights in the campaign content, including processing, reproduction, distribution, representation and communication to the public, are transferred to the relevant brand as included in the campaign fee unless agreed otherwise.

The user may not bypass Teamfluencer by directly contracting with the brand during or after the campaign without Teamfluencer's written approval. Teamfluencer reserves the right to claim compensation if this rule is breached.

Teamfluencer does not guarantee campaign results, reach, engagement or sales. Results depend on the user's content quality, timing and audience interaction.

Payment Terms

The user earns the campaign fee offered through Teamfluencer after the content is approved by the brand and published on the relevant social media channel according to the campaign conditions. Earned amounts are reflected in the user's Teamfluencer Balance.

Commission rates and applicable legal deductions, including income tax withholding or stamp tax where relevant, are deducted from the campaign fee to calculate the net amount payable.

The user may request withdrawals from Teamfluencer Balance starting from a minimum of TRY 100. Withdrawal requests are paid to the IBAN registered under the user's own name within 14 business days at the latest.

If the user is self-employed, a taxpayer or sole proprietor, payment is made against a self-employment receipt or invoice. For non-taxpayer users, legal withholding may be applied by Teamfluencer.

If the user fails to fulfill campaign obligations, publishes late, removes content early, violates campaign conditions or the content is removed by a social media platform due to the user's conduct, Teamfluencer may withhold or reclaim all or part of the campaign fee.

Other Provisions

Personal data shared under this agreement is protected under Teamfluencer's privacy notices and applicable legislation.

Failures, maintenance, repair, improvement work, extraordinary events or force majeure not caused by Teamfluencer may delay or prevent performance and do not constitute a breach.

The platform may include links to third-party websites and social media platforms. Teamfluencer is not responsible for their content.

In disputes, Teamfluencer's official records, databases, server logs, electronic records and computer records are accepted as binding evidence to the extent permitted by law.
