Rights and Obligations

Other Provisions

Data shared under this agreement is protected in accordance with Teamfluencer's personal data notices and applicable laws. Data is not shared, transferred or processed outside the scope announced in those notices unless legally required.

Failures, maintenance, repair, improvement work, extraordinary events, force majeure or public authority decisions that are not caused by Teamfluencer may interrupt or restrict access. Such cases do not constitute a breach by Teamfluencer.

The website may contain links to third-party sites that are not controlled by Teamfluencer. Teamfluencer is not responsible for those sites or their content.

In disputes, Teamfluencer's official books, commercial records, databases, server logs, electronic records and computer records are accepted as binding and exclusive evidence to the extent permitted by law.
