Subscription and Payment Terms

This English version is provided for clarity for international users. Where Turkish mandatory law applies, the Turkish original and applicable legislation prevail.

Service Models and Pricing

Current prices, package scope and commission rates are shown on the relevant platform pages or in the offer sent to the user. Unless expressly stated otherwise, prices exclude VAT and other legal taxes.

• Subscription packages: fixed-fee packages for monthly, yearly or similar periods that provide access to modules such as Influencer Discovery, Campaign Management, Benchmark Analysis and AI Campaign Brief.
• Self-service campaigns with Teamfluencer Balance: prepaid balance loaded by the user and used for influencer collaborations or additional modules.
• Full-service campaigns: projects managed end-to-end by Teamfluencer, priced per project and collected in advance.
• Additional services: optional paid services such as extra reporting, consulting, training or UGC production.

Subscription Term, Auto-Renewal and Termination

A subscription starts monthly or yearly according to the selected plan and becomes active when payment is received.

Unless cancelled in writing or through the platform, subscriptions renew automatically for the same period at the end of the current term, and the renewal fee is collected from the registered payment method. The user is informed before renewal.

The user may cancel at any time through the platform or by emailing ilgim@teamfluencer.co. Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current billing period; no retroactive refund is made.

Teamfluencer may immediately suspend or terminate a subscription if the user breaches agreements, legislation or community rules, if payments are charged back, or if fraud is suspected. No refund obligation arises in such cases.

Teamfluencer Balance

Teamfluencer Balance is a prepaid digital balance loaded to purchase services on the platform. It cannot be converted into cash or transferred to third parties and can only be used for Teamfluencer services.

Balance may be loaded by card, bank transfer/EFT or other accepted methods. E-invoices/e-archive invoices are issued based on registered billing information.

A user consumes balance by starting a campaign, selecting influencers or purchasing paid modules. Influencer payments, commissions and applicable taxes are deducted from the balance.

If an account is closed, unused balance not tied to an active campaign or commitment may be refunded after legal deductions and payment provider costs, upon written request to ilgim@teamfluencer.co.

Invoice, Tax and Payment Security

All payments are documented by e-invoice or e-archive invoice issued on behalf of Teamfluencer Teknoloji A.S. Invoices are based on the title, tax office and tax number declared by the user.

The user is responsible for accurate and complete billing information. VAT and other applicable taxes are added at legal rates. For foreign customers, invoices are issued considering VAT exemptions and legal requirements where applicable.

Payments are collected through legally operating payment service providers such as iyzico and Paynet. Card data is not stored in Teamfluencer systems and is processed through the PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure of the payment provider.

Refunds, Withdrawal and Cancellation

These services are digital services performed electronically. Once performance begins, no withdrawal right applies. Starting a campaign, subscription or balance usage means performance has begun.

Subscription cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and prepaid fees for that period are not refunded.

In full-service campaigns, if no influencer has been selected and no campaign has started, Teamfluencer may, at its discretion, define platform credit instead of a refund. Once at least one influencer is selected, invited or approved, the campaign is deemed started and no balance/refund can be claimed.

In force majeure or where Teamfluencer cannot perform its obligations, a proportional refund for unused balance or subscription portions may be evaluated.

Price Changes, Delay and Disputes

Teamfluencer may update package prices, commission rates and additional service fees according to market conditions, costs and legal requirements. Updated prices apply only to new services and subscription renewals after the change date.

If any payment is not made when due, Teamfluencer may apply commercial default interest, suspend services and request collection or legal follow-up costs.

Requests and complaints about invoices, refunds, subscriptions or payments may be sent to ilgim@teamfluencer.co. Disputes are subject to consumer arbitration committees up to statutory limits and Istanbul Anatolian Courts and Enforcement Offices above those limits.
