Brand Terms of Use

Rules we expect brands to follow while using the Teamfluencer platform.

  • Last updated: 2025

This English version is provided for clarity for international users. Where Turkish mandatory law applies, the Turkish original and applicable legislation prevail.

This page explains how brand and agency users can register, create campaigns, manage content and payments, and use Teamfluencer platform services. By using the platform, you are deemed to have read and accepted these rules.

Membership

You may register your brand or a brand you represent, create campaigns, collaborate with influencers and track performance. You are responsible for keeping company title, tax, contact and billing information accurate and up to date.

If you act on behalf of a brand, you represent that you are authorized to bind that brand.

Platform Services

The platform may evolve over time. Modules may be added, updated or removed, and short access interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates or force majeure.

  • Influencer discovery and filtering.
  • Campaign brief creation, offer sending and content approval.
  • Budget management, payment tracking and invoicing workflows.
  • Access to performance reports, benchmark and analytics modules.

Content and Brand Assets

You are responsible for ensuring that all visuals, videos, logos, brand guidelines and texts you share are accurate, lawful and do not infringe third-party rights.

By uploading brand assets, you authorize Teamfluencer to use them for the purpose of running the campaign and communicating them to relevant influencers.

Rules of Conduct

If you breach these rules, Teamfluencer may stop a campaign, suspend your account or terminate your membership.

  • Use the platform lawfully and ethically.
  • Do not send content or offers that infringe the rights of other users or third parties.
  • Do not copy, reverse engineer, scrape, attack or misuse the platform.
  • Do not attempt to bypass Teamfluencer by conducting platform-originated collaborations through off-platform channels.
  • Request content that complies with advertising, influencer marketing, transparency and competition rules.

Campaign Performance

Teamfluencer provides technology infrastructure and matching tools. Campaign results depend on brief quality, budget, influencer selection, content approvals and publication timing. No specific engagement, sale or conversion result is guaranteed.

Payment and Invoicing

Campaign and subscription fees are collected in advance through card, bank transfer/EFT or Teamfluencer Balance. Detailed rules are provided on the Subscription and Payment Terms page.

  • Teamfluencer Balance cannot be converted into cash or transferred and can only be used for platform services.
  • Invoices are issued as e-invoice/e-archive invoices based on registered company information.
  • No refund is made once a campaign has started, including selection of at least one influencer, sending an invitation or approving an offer.
  • The free withdrawal right does not apply to digital services whose performance has begun.

Personal Data and Evidence

Details about personal data processing are available in the Brand Privacy Notice, KVKK Notice and Cookie Policy pages.

In disputes, Teamfluencer's system records, server logs and electronic records may be used as conclusive evidence to the extent permitted by law.

Disputes and Changes

Consumer arbitration committees have jurisdiction up to the statutory monetary limit; Istanbul Anatolian Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction for disputes exceeding that limit.

Teamfluencer may update these rules from time to time. The current version is always published on this page.
