Requirements
Installation
From the WordPress Plugin Directory
- Go to Plugins → Add New in your WordPress admin.
- Search for Teamfluencer for WooCommerce.
- Click Install Now, then Activate.
Manual upload
- Download the latest .zip file from the plugin page.
- Go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin.
- Upload the file and click Install Now, then Activate.
Connecting your store
- Log in to your Teamfluencer brand dashboard.
- Navigate to Integrations → WooCommerce.
- Click Connect Store — you will be redirected to your WordPress site to approve the connection.
- Click Approve. Your store is now connected and tracking begins immediately.
To disconnect, go to WooCommerce → Teamfluencer in your WordPress admin and click Disconnect.
Frequently asked questions
Does the plugin slow down my checkout?
No. All communication with the Teamfluencer API happens asynchronously via Action Scheduler after the order is placed.
What happens if the Teamfluencer API is temporarily unavailable?
Orders are saved locally with a failed_retry status. The built-in hourly recovery cron retransmits them automatically once the API is back online.
Does it work with caching plugins like WP Rocket or LiteSpeed Cache?
Yes. Affiliate parameters are read by JavaScript in the browser, so cached pages are fully supported.
How are partial refunds handled?
The plugin reports the refunded amount and type (partial_refund) to Teamfluencer so the platform can recalculate the influencer's commission on the net order value.
